I copied some of Sarah's photos of the kids from her blog. Since there are 21, I didn't copy them all. You can see them all on her blog at: http://sarahscovenanthomes.blogspot.com/ but these 4 really grabbed my heart. Ok. They ALL grabbed my heart!
Meet Asher ...
Looks like he may be hitting his head for self stimulation? Not sure but that's what it looks like to me. Bless his sweet heart. The last child we received who did that, she stopped almost immediately after coming home to us. Love and care really DOES make all the difference for these children!
and this is Jamila ...
She is a preemie baby. I'm not sure what her needs are yet but looks like she definitely needs a lot of good formula and even more lovin'!
And this is Valor ...
Looks like he probably has spastic CP. I just want to kiss his face and see him smile =)
And the other little one I wanted to get in my arms immediately is Margaret...
She reminds me of so many of our kiddos who come to us so beaten down. So alone. Neglected. Without hope. I cannot wait to see what love is going to do for this precious little girl!
I am return to India on October 17th. I'm really excited to get back to work and most importantly, to get these kids in my arms and plant kisses all over them! I have had issues with my computer and interrupted internet access and have not been able to start fund raising until now. At this point, I still need partners for the entire 6 months expenses. I am blessed to be able to go and do the work, while some are blessed to be able to send people to do the work on behalf of these precious souls. If you can't come help us hands on in India, would you please pray about partnering with me financially to continue this work?
And of course, please remember to pray for the kids!
Love to you.
